After we received the booking confirmation, we get in contact with the client to thank him for choosing this apartment and to arrange the meeting and avoid delays in the check-in process. Also we provide useful information regarding the apartment and transportation.

Preparation of the apartment

We carefully select and train our team of cleaning workers to keep a high level of service. We provide professional laundry: your bed linen and towels will be served clean, ironed and perfumed.

Check-in

We welcome guest and delivery them the keys. We offer a guided visit to the apartment and explain rules and services. We collect the outstanding amount of rental price and sign the contract.

Assistance during the stay

We are always available! Online assistance to guests by phone, email or whatsapp (24/365). We also are available for any assistance in person they might need.

Online reputation management

We follow the guest experience and promote their positive comment in the web.

Management of repairs

We select skilled technicians (plumber, electrician, gas, carpenter, etc.) and assist him until the job is completed. We periodically inspect the apartment (lights, appliances, air conditioner, etc) to ensure everything is working properly. We include small repairs such as change bulbs, fix by sticking, easy sewings.

Shopping management

We do the shopping of cleaning products, amenity kits, bed linen and towels, dishes and electrical appliances in order to replace the ones that are finished or damaged.

Accounting + Taxes

We’ll keep your files and books with accuracy. Our tax advisor will submit your taxes and advise you of any tax law that may affect your activity.
